My children have been a part of UA for the past 10 years, and we have no intention of ever leaving. The teachers are compassionate and qualified- creating a top-notch education. Look at the standardized test scores and graduation rate. UA always exceeds the state average. As a K-12 school, there is a culture of family and is seems as if everyone truly cares for each other. If you put in the time to volunteer and get to know the school, you will also feel welcome.

I am scared to be here. Too many two faced people trying to make a broken school look perfect. Too many creepy kids who get away with treating people horribly, and teachers never notice, and no one addresses bullying. They don't want anyone to know they have problems. The parents of people who are miserable won't let their kids leave because the school looks good on the outside.

Education is only as good as the teachers and most of them are great. My child scored over 2000 on SAT and has gotten letters from Harvard, Vassar as well as other prestigious Universities. The school is small so there are many opportunities for students to lead or play sports while large enough to have decent teams. Parents are very involved for the most part, those who leave unhappy usually arrived unhappy with their previous school. It is a school of choice.

The academic quality is low. Uniforms are addressed strictly. Doing something like untucking your shirt or hugging can get you detention for the res of the day or longer, lowering the amount of education a student receives. The uniforms as well as the cost to do normal activiteswill literary make you broke.
