- Dimond High School is a comprehensive high school fully accredited by the Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges. The faculty of 98 teachers is dedicated to providing a safe environment for each student to learn and develop the skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to live productive and fulfilling lives. Our 1,860 students ethnic and cultural diversity enriches our school. Dimond offers a full educational menu that includes Advanced Placement, honors, English as a second language, Cook Inlet Tribal Council, Inc. courses, career technology, fine arts, Japanese immersion and four other world languages, Army JROTC and special education intensive-needs classes. Dimond s Engineering Academy is in its second year of operation.

The school is pretty good. 99% of teachers are good and teach the subject well. Plenty of ways to join clubs or make clubs. The only bad thing is the current bus driver for bus 611. Terrible bus driver. Other than that great school.
