School Reviews

2   4/27/2015
A group of heavy-hitting administrators run this school. They want teachers to fit their model of teaching, and if you don't, you're gone - often before the year's out. They have little experience of different teaching methods. BASIC PROBLEMS: 1. Administrators don't support teachers and expect teachers to follow similar methods 2. Administrators listen to student complaints, often at the expense of teachers - so: "bad grade - bad administrator review/evaluation." 3. Compliance replaces rigor.
