School Reviews

This school is fabulous. The teachers motivate and encourage their students. Mrs. Hill is by far the best administrator I have ever had the pleasure to meet. We need a lot more Mrs. Hills in the school system. The teachers at CSMS challenge their students positively while having expectations. It creates students who are interested in learning and who thrive. The students feel safe and cared for at this school.

However, some argue that not only are these punishments physically harmful, they also are disproportionately administered to students of color. As a result, House democrats have taken up the issue in a new bill that would ban all forms of corporal punishment nationwide.
