There are too many students in each class for student/teacher ratio. The teachers give an assignment, go over it for 5 min. and if students have questions they dont want to help, they direct the students to review the notes. IT LIKE THE TEACHERS SAYING I DID MY JOB, TO BAD YOU DIDNT GET IT THE FIRST TIME
