School Reviews

Good Hope highschool gets a negative 0 review from me. The teachers dont't seem to be concerned with the students much at all. Mt daughter is a junior and has all A's and B's. I know that sounds great, but she never brings a book home or has homework. I feel that this is not preparing our children for higher education. There are limited options in the art and music department. Equipment is old and worn. The football field and stadium is a disgrace. There are loose, broken rocks everywhere. I believe this is a hazzard because someone could slip and be seriously injured. The facilities are a joke. There is one hallway that is the highschool. This also houses the offices of the principal, asst. principal, guidence councelor, and library; plus all of the classrooms. And parent involvement is minimal; I believe due to the politics in a small town. It's who you are and who you know. I would NOT reccommend Good Hope school to my dog!

Good Hope High School obtained all new administration at the beginning of the 2016-2017 school year. The new principal has had to hire many new teachers and has made an appoint to hire the best ones that he could find. So far, we have gotten a gym remodel, new faculty, and we are on our way to getting new facilities such as a weight building for all athletes to use and a great deal of new technology for the classrooms. The academics have been raised this year also. The students are set to a new standard and are learning many new things. Of course, everything is not perfect, but this school year was the start of something wonderful, and I cannot wait to see everything that Mr. Hood does for our school.
Review Good Hope High School. Reviews should be a few sentences in length. Please include any comments on:
