As a new district administrator at LEAP Academy, I have seen passionate progress underway across our campuses. As with any district, we strive for continuous improvement. With new leadership in place district-wide, our administrative teams are working collaboratively to build a culture rooted in academic excellence and community belonging. LEAP is deeply committed to engaging students, families, and community partners in creating meaningful, hands-on learning experiences. Our goal is to prepare students to thrive as compassionate, conscientious, and critical thinkers in an increasingly global society. Our facilities include a state-of-the-art FAB LAB, where students explore entrepreneurship through design and innovation and real-world problem solving. LEAP also offers a wide range of enrichment opportunities: coding, robotics, competitive STEM programs, dance, music, visual arts, athletics, and more, ensuring every student has a space to belong and grow. Change takes time. I am proud to be a part of a team shaping an exciting future for our students.
